"The most cost-effective and reliable way of providing industrial process heat"
There are numerous ways in which thermal fluid systems are superior to other heating systems such as hot water or steam. As market leaders in the field of heat transfer Thame Energy is able to offer the Maxxtec range of advanced design heaters in addition to complete, highly efficient systems designed by an experienced staff of qualified engineers and technicians.
Principal advantages of a thermal fluid systemHigh thermal efficiency and economical operationTemperatures up to 380 degrees centigrade (*dependent upon thermal fluid type)No water treatment is requiredInternal corrosion and scale are eliminatedNo risk of freezing during winterNo pipe corrosion Bellows sealed valves and simple burner components virtually eliminate maintenance
Advanced controls provide total flexibility of operation and the ability to supply different heat users with fluid at very fine, independently controlled temperatures as required.
Should a proportion of the heat load be wanted in the form of steam or hot water it can be provided by an unfired steam generator or calorifier
Fuel & Power supply
All conventional fuels can be used as well as combustible waste products in solid, liquid or gaseous form. Electrical power is the only other external service required.
Installation
This compact equipment can be located close to the heat user minimising the need for additional building works and installation work
